Welcome to XF Tech Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide digital and technical services, including (but not limited to) website development, lead generation support, design services, automation setup, consultations, and technical troubleshooting.

All services are delivered based on the scope agreed in writing (email, invoice, proposal, or order confirmation).

3. Orders, Payments & Billing

  • Payment in full or a deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Third-party costs (ad spend, domain, hosting, plugins, APIs, subscriptions, etc.) are separate unless explicitly included.
  • Late or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or service termination.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Reasonable revisions are provided according to your selected package or written agreement.
  • Major scope changes or additional requests may require a separate quote.
  • Client approval of deliverables (explicitly or by prolonged non-response) may be treated as final acceptance.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information, required access credentials, and timely feedback.
  • You confirm you have rights/licenses for any content, images, trademarks, or materials you provide.
  • You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your business and marketing activities.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are licensed/transferred to you as agreed.
  • We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how used to perform services.
  • Unless restricted in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio/case studies.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain registrars, ad platforms, analytics tools, payment gateways). We are not liable for downtime, policy changes, suspensions, or failures caused by those providers.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our 30-Day Refund Policy. If work has already started, partial refunds may apply based on completed work and expenses incurred. Third-party fees and ad spend are generally non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (including rankings, leads, sales, conversion rates, or revenue).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XF Tech Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XF Tech Service from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, misuse, or policy violations.
  • You may cancel ongoing services according to the notice terms in your service agreement.
  • Fees already incurred or due for completed milestones remain payable.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
